In-Stock Items: 5-7 business days
Local Delivery: 2-4 days (depending on location)
Custom-Made Pieces: Production and delivery time varies per piece, as indicated on the product page.
We ship through trusted third-party carriers to ensure timely arrival. You can choose a delivery time that suits you—during the day, week, or even month.
Shipping costs are calculated in one of two ways:
-Automatic calculation at checkout based on the product and delivery address
-Custom quote for special orders, included in your final invoice
Delivery will be made to your registered address. We require a signature on the invoice copy to confirm receipt. A signature from anyone at the registered address is considered proof of delivery.
Important Note: If no one is available to receive your order, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery time. We can attempt delivery twice maximum. The company is not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days from the first delivery attempt.
